1. Acceptance of the Terms

By accessing or using the ShipLitek platform (the “Service”), you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Legal Entity

The Service is operated by ShipLitek – Yonatan Lahmi (Sole Proprietor). References to “we”, “us” or “our” mean this legal entity.

3. Eligibility & Accounts

• You must be legally capable to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.
• You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

4. Services

ShipLitek provides a SaaS platform for shipping, quotes, tracking, billing, and integrations with external providers. Features may evolve over time at our sole discretion.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Access to certain features may require paid subscriptions (monthly, yearly) or usage-based fees.
• Payments are processed via third-party providers (e.g., Stripe) subject to their terms.
• Failure to pay may lead to suspension or termination of your account.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful activities or in violation of applicable law.
• Attempt to circumvent security or access the Service in an unauthorized manner.
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All rights in and to the platform, code, design, brand and related content (excluding your data and third-party content) are owned by ShipLitek – Yonatan Lahmi (Sole Proprietor) or our licensors.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. Subject to mandatory law, our total aggregate liability towards you is limited to the amounts you actually paid for the Service during the relevant period (e.g., the last 12 months).

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold ShipLitek – Yonatan Lahmi (Sole Proprietor) harmless from any claim, damage, liability, cost or expense arising from your misuse of the Service or breach of these Terms.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory law, these Terms are governed by the substantive laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict of law rules. The exclusive jurisdiction shall be the competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa, Israel.

11. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.
